1. Processing Time

6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Reshipping fees or lost packages resulting from an incorrect address are the buyer's responsibility.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, inability to locate the recipient, or refused delivery, we will notify you and arrange a refund (actual shipping costs incurred will be deducted).

7. Shipping Delays

8. Damage or Loss
